Transit Oriented Development – Helensvale

Recently reaching the end of the Defects Liability period, this project represents the first phase in the progressive evolution of an existing single-supermarket shopping centre into a mixed-use development containing retail, commercial, residential and community use facilities all within easy walking distance of public transit. The first phase project consists of ground level retail space, podium levels of adaptable space (capable of use for either office or residential purposes) and upper levels reaching eight in height. Sixty-nine apartments are provided in a mix of one, two and three bedroom configurations. There is approximately 400sqm of ground level commercial space fronting a newly created Main Street.
